Created in 2010 as a division of AHSTI, since 2014 HCH (Homes Community Hope) has been a social enterprise under the TuCasa umbrella. HCH offers full service real estate services to home buyers and sellers and believes in service for all. Every HCH REALTOR is thoroughly trained and dedicated to providing high quality service for both seller and buyers and are members of the National Association of Realtors and Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS.
Framework Homes, LLC
Framework Homes is an innovative semi-custom home builder that focuses on serving families within an affordable price range that want a little more custom features in their home. With over 8 years of direct experience, Framework Homes also provides services in renovations, home repairs and construction of small apartment units.
Neighborhood Alliance Management, LLC
NAM is a property management company with a diverse portfolio of commercial and rental property under management within the South Texas region. In addition to managing all of AHSTI’s rental portfolio, several private clients have also placed their rental unit management with NAM.
RGV Tierra Properties, LLC
RGV Tierra manages subdivision development activities for AHSTI and others that contract with RGV Tierra. Since 2015, RGV Tierra developed three subdivisions within Hidalgo and Bexar Counties: with another three projects in various stages.
Hope Insurance Agency, LLC
Esperanza on Fifth, LLC dba Esperanza Medicare Services
Hope was created in 2015 with the intention of providing affordable insurance for those who need it the most. As an independent agent, Hope Insurance agents can shop various insurance carriers to provide the most affordable insurance with the best coverage and always with the customers best interest at heart. Hope provides auto, home, commercial and life insurance products and are members of the State and Rio Grande Valley chapter of the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas. Group and individual health products are also available.
Esperanza Medicare Services provides Medicare products and services to qualified families who are most in need of guidance in maneuvering through the Medicare system. This activity provides an extension of the Hope Insurance agency mission.
