TuCasa Investments, Inc., was created by a non-profit affordable housing organization as a way of developing innovative methods to bring in additional revenue to the organization. However, it was soon realized that many clients were falling in the gap of what the non-profit organization could provide and what the clients could qualify for in the maintstream arena.

 

Since our inception, TuCasa Investments, Inc. has seen a very real need to serve those that fall within the gap of affordable housing choices and mainstream options. There are many families and individuals that find themselves in this gap without anywhere to turn. It is to serve these families and individuals that guides TuCasa Investments, Inc. in its' core values and strategic direction.
