POSITION TITLE:        Property Management Coordinator

LOCATION:                 Neighborhood Alliance Management, LLC 517 S. 16th St McAllen, TX

REPORTS TO:              Vice-President of NAM

PAY RANGE:               Pay Grade Level D ($31,140 - $46,710)


To perform a specific range of tasks related to the sales/leasing, marketing, maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the properties under management including finding and placing qualified tenants. In addition, reports to and is responsible for assisting the Frameworks Project Manager and/or Director of Real Estate Services; with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions Furthermore, To perform a specific range of tasks related to the managing, planning, implementation and development for Tu Casa  Investment, Inc. entities;  including Framework Homes, LLC; Neighborhood Alliance Management, LLC; RGV Tierra Properties, LLC. They will be supported by Frameworks Project Manager, accounts payable coordinator and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with team members including Tu Casa Inc, Customer Service Representative for NAM to create tasks and/or work orders from tenant’s maintenance requests

  • Coordinating and overseeing make ready repairs for vacant properties and be able to indicate the scope of work needed for property for NAM

  • Dispatch repairs based on level of difficulty to the appropriate vendor for NAM and FWH.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure all repairs are completed for NAM and FWH.

  • Conduct move out inspections to make ready standards of rental units vacating with tenant for NAM

  • Quality assurance on each project to ensure satisfaction.

  • Generate a list of rental properties for Maintenance Technician on a quarterly basis and be able to coordinate with Maintenance Technician to change filters and fumigate rental homes, and to report tenant violations if applicable.

  • Participate in marketing events to promote the company's services such as trade shows or home fairs.

  • Interact with vendors professionally via phone, email and text.

  • Contribute to solutions for problems as they arrive for NAM and FWH.

  • Completely own any tasks or responsibilities assigned by Director of Real Estate Services.

  • Ability to self-manage workload and deliver without fail

  • Provide reports as requested and updating cost recap sheets to Project Manager and Director of Real Estate Services for Framework Homes

  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing make ready repairs for vacant properties as well as security deposit itemizations.

  • Assist staff with answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls by email to the appropriate company, including leads for FWH

  • Support the duties of Tu Casa Inc.’s staff as needed

  • Dispatch repairs based on level of difficulty to the appropriate vendor for NAM following approved procurement guidelines.



  1. High School Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.

  2. Minimum two years’ experience in analyzing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project, specialty property management administration, applying accounting principles and not-for-profit accounting.

  3. Knowledge of Buildium, Dropbox etc.



  1. Valid US Driver’s License/Clean Driving Record


  • Familiarity with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages in both written and verbal styles.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

  • This job operates 50% in the field and 50% in a professional office environment

  • Ability to quickly learn other software products as implemented in the Company and department.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects/files at one time in an efficient and effective manner.

  • Ability to deal with and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to positively represent the agency and to interact professionally with all employees, customers and outside entities.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
